The Freelance Recruiter will  source, assess, and place top talent across a variety of industries on a project‑based basis. This role demands a proactive approach to building pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions while operating independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit against client specifications.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in Skillfi’s applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed of market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging talent pools to advise clients strategically.
• Uphold Skillfi’s brand standards and compliance requirements throughout all recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing or agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for both permanent and contract roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
