Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Eloqua programs, forms, landing pages, and email templates in alignment with client objectives.
• Integrate Eloqua with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and third‑party platforms using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
• Design and execute complex segmentation, scoring models, and automated nurture streams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Perform data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities to ensure data integrity across marketing and sales systems.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing support for Eloqua environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Automation, or a related field.
