We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our clients to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow solutions
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Implement data migration and integration strategies using ServiceNow APIs and web services
• Participate in the development of best practices and standards for ServiceNow development and implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development, including configuration, customization, and scripting
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as ServiceNow-specific technologies such as Business Rules and Client Scripts
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
