The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer  will design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions that empower our clients to make data‑driven decisions. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable BI architectures, ensuring high‑quality reporting and analytics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end BI solutions, including data models, ETL pipelines, and interactive dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and optimize existing data warehouses and reporting platforms for performance and reliability.
• Implement data governance best practices, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for BI tools, addressing user inquiries and system issues promptly.
• Stay current with emerging BI technologies and industry trends, recommending enhancements to improve analytical capabilities.
• Document technical designs, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI development, preferably with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Strong knowledge of ETL concepts and experience with tools like Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or Informatica.
• Understanding of data modeling techniques (star, snowflake) and data warehousing principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
