We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure, automated cloud infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security best practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle, ensuring compliance, reliability, and performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain end‑to‑end Azure CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls and automated testing.
• Implement and enforce infrastructure‑as‑code standards using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates, ensuring repeatable and auditable deployments.
• Lead threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, and remediation efforts across cloud resources, containers, and microservices.
• Develop and maintain security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance reporting (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) within Azure environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to embed DevSecOps practices, including secret management, least‑privilege access, and runtime security.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and alerts using Azure Sentinel, Log Analytics, and other SIEM tools.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions, and drive continuous improvement of DevSecOps tooling and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 11 years of professional experience in cloud engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Azure DevSecOps.
• Strong expertise in Azure services (AKS, App Service, Functions, Key Vault, Policy, Sentinel) and related security features.
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Hands‑on experience with container orchestration, CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and security scanning tools (Trivy, Snyk, Checkov).
• Deep understanding of security frameworks, identity & access management, network segmentation, and encryption mechanisms in Azure.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Certified DevSecOps Professional.
