Case StudyB2B SaaS·Marketing

How an 8-person B2B marketing team tripled content output without losing its brand voice.

The team was already using AI, but everything it produced sounded generic and got rewritten. Skillfi ran a hands-on workshop that taught Claude the brand, built a shared prompt library and set up workflows the team still uses every day. It's how our Claude workshops work: real work, real workflows, lasting habits.

Using AI, but sounding generic.

The marketing team supported a sales team with a big pipeline target and needed blogs, emails, ads, social posts and sales content every week. Everyone had tried AI on their own, each with their own prompts and habits.

The drafts came out generic and off-brand. The brand lead was rewriting most of them, so AI was saving almost no time. To keep up, the team was spending $8,000 a month on freelancers, and still publishing only 14 pieces a month against a plan of 40.

We had AI, but I was rewriting everything it gave us. It wasn't saving time, it was moving the work to me.

Teach Claude the brand, then teach the team the workflow.

We didn't run a generic AI training. Every exercise used the team's own content, campaigns and deadlines, so they left with working tools, not notes. Publishing and email sends were connected through marketing automation.

Same team, three times the content, and it actually sounds like us. The workshop gave us a way of working, not just a tool.
