Skillfi is seeking an experienced Workday Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust Workday solutions that align with our clients’ strategic objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver high‑quality integrations, reports, and custom applications within the Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Cloud Connectors to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.
• Create and optimize complex Workday reports and dashboards utilizing Report Designer and Calculated Fields to meet client analytics requirements.
• Configure and enhance Workday business processes, including custom validations, condition rules, and security groups.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot integration failures, and resolve production issues promptly to maintain system stability.
• Maintain documentation of technical designs, configuration changes, and deployment procedures in accordance with governance standards.
• Stay current with Workday product releases, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience developing Workday integrations and reports, with proven expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and Report Designer.
• Strong understanding of Workday business process configuration, security model, and data model.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and web services (REST/SOAP) for building and troubleshooting integrations.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
