We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Skillfi, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in creating and curating high-quality content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts. Your expertise will help us build a strong brand reputation and drive business growth through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with Skillfi's marketing goals and objectives, ensuring consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to post on our social media channels.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including profile creation, optimization, and ongoing updates.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic, to inform future content and campaign decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media with other marketing channels, such as email and content marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to continuously improve our social media strategy and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, follower growth, and website traffic.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and inform future decisions.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer, and experience with graphic design and video editing software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
