We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team, working on a US shift to drive business growth and expand our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry contacts and market intelligence
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including recruitment consultants and marketing teams, to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the IT or staffing industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business development and account management skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
