We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join our team, responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, finance, or related fields, with expertise in Workday HCM, finance, or student. Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Workday modules, including HCM, payroll, benefits, and time tracking
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs
• Design and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of Workday solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support to clients, resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Stay up-to-date with new Workday features and functionality, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
• Participate in project planning, including scope definition, timeline development, and resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, finance, or computer science
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday implementation, support, or consulting
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, finance, or student modules, including configuration and integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Workday certification in HCM, finance, or student, or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
