We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Salesforce solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce technology and a proven track record of delivering complex projects. This role will require strong technical and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architectures that meet client requirements and align with industry best practices
• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including platform configuration, integration, and customization
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, including mentoring and coaching on Salesforce best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
• Participate in project planning, including estimating effort, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Certifications in Salesforce, such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Architect (CAA), are highly desirable
