We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Skillfi, providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and other nursing tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your dedication and expertise will help ensure the well-being and dignity of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of patients
• Provide basic care and comfort measures, including changing linens and providing fresh water
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff
• Assist with feeding and hydration, including serving meals and providing snacks
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
