The Fraud & Risk Analys will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating fraud risks associated with our clients' payment processing activities. This role combines analytical expertise with proactive risk management to safeguard financial transactions and support the growth of our merchant services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze transaction data to detect suspicious patterns and potential fraud incidents.
• Conduct thorough investigations of flagged transactions, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain fraud detection models and rule sets to enhance real‑time risk controls.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and present insights to senior leadership.
• Stay current with emerging fraud trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on fraud prevention and risk awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or payment operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar data‑analysis tools.
• In‑depth knowledge of payment ecosystems, including card networks, ACH, and digital wallets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting complex findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations under tight deadlines.
