We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Swift Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust automated testing frameworks for iOS applications. The role demands a strategic mindset, deep expertise in Swift, and a proven track record of delivering high‑quality, scalable automation solutions in fast‑paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain comprehensive UI and API automation frameworks using Swift and XCUITest.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test strategies, ensure test coverage, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in test automation and software quality.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex automation failures, performance bottlenecks, and flaky tests.
• Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance automation efficiency and reliability.
• Produce clear, actionable test reports and metrics to inform stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards throughout the automation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in Swift development and iOS test automation.
• Proficiency with XCUITest, XCTest, Fastlane, and integration of automation suites into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms.
