As a Presales Consultant at Skillfi, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to succeed. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and deliver winning proposals that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client businesses to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Provide feedback and insights to sales teams to improve sales performance and drive business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in presales, sales, or a related field, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of business operations, technology, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
